BEHIND THE SCENES

The project followed a formal brief, PPM and storyboard approval process before moving into production. Frame-level iterations helped lock environments and characters early, while detailed work on expressions, comic timing, movement and background activity made each scene feel alive. A specially filmed hook-step performance was also transferred onto the AI-generated characters using motion-transfer techniques.
